This is a nice light. It's very nice looking and easy to use. Just put it up, it can be used on top of a pillar or can be attached to a wall. It charges during the day and stay lit up nice and bright all night. It adds a nice amount of light in an area that we don't have power to. It can also be used as white or be changed over an used as an amber light.
I like the design and the idea. I don’t know why but mine quit working after about a week. Up until then it was awesome. It has the option of a bright white light it a pale amber light if you just want to relax outside.
I am usually skeptical of solar lights but this one is perfect! It stays lit all night long! I placed it at the man door entrance to my garage. It is surprisingly bright! It installed in minutes. I definitely recommend trying this light!
I love the look of this solar light. Its very large, actually much bigger than I imagined it would be but I like the size. It was easy to set it up and I like that I can change it from Amber lighting to white lighting. BUT it's really more of a decoration piece because it barely lights up at all. I have it placed where it gets direct sun all throughout the day but still barely gives off any light at night. I had hoped to have a light source for my dogs when they are at the back of my yard but the tiny amount of light this gives off does absolutely nothing to solve that problem.
I got this lamp/lantern light because my backyard has a very dark spot beside my building and I wanted there to be a light for security reasons. I didn’t want a super bright (in your face) light, but something more in the middle. And this light is the ticket! Exactly what I was going for. It’s not going to blind me or the neighbors but I can clearly see everything I need to. Bonus feature for it being able to switch to and white light and a more antique light. Very pleased! And no batteries! Straight solar power.
